Delete, Neologism. The correct spelling would be "nyctophthalmophobia", if I'm not mistaken (no, that doesn't Google either). Note that "ophthalmophobia" (the fear of being stared at) is real. No doubt there's a specific variant that only gives you the heebie jeebies at night, but this doesn't even get close to triskaidekaphobia in the interesting phobias department.
