add "funding" parameter as present in "template:infobox project"
[edit]Please add funding parameter, as here, so we can add total funding data in the infobox of companies like Perplexity AI Inc. (~$99.2 million as of January 2024) D4n2016 (talk) 10:34, 28 November 2024 (UTC)
Target Markets as a new parameter
[edit]Sika AG is owner of a large number of Brands. Publishing one or two of them in the infobox is not target oriented. Thus my proposal is to add a new parameter named "Target Markets". This new parameter would allow to draw a comprehensive picture of the markets in which Sika AG is present. Armin Brandstätter (talk) 11:39, 3 December 2024 (UTC)
- How is this different from
|areas_served=
? IceWelder [✉] 12:28, 3 December 2024 (UTC)- Dear IceWelder, good question! My understanding of "areas" was related to geographical regions. But if "areas" are meant to be "markets", then "areas_served" are fine :-) Armin Brandstätter (talk) 15:53, 3 December 2024 (UTC)
|areas_served=
is forGeographic area or areas in which the company does business
, so no, it is not for market shares. Primefac (talk) 20:08, 3 December 2024 (UTC)
