Template talk:Wikisourcepar (the)
This template should only be used where the Wikipedia article begins with the word "the", which is not a part of the article's name. Examples include King James Version of the Bible (which begins "The King James Version (KJV) is...") and Qur'an (which begins "The Qur'an... is..."). This template should not be used for The War of the Worlds, for instance, because this would result in a duplicity of the word "the". -- Itai 15:03, 14 Oct 2004 (UTC)
