Hello and welcome to Wikipedia!
Here are some tips to help you get started:
- Try the Tutorial, and feel free to experiment in the test area.
- If you need help, post a question at the Help Desk
- Eventually, you might want to read the Manual of Style and Policies and Guidelines.
- Remember Wikipedia:Neutral point of view
- Explore, be bold in editing pages, and, most importantly, have fun!
Good luck!
P.S. One last helpful hint. To sign your posts like I did above (on talk pages, for example) use the '~' symbol. To insert just your name, type ~~~ (3 tildes), or, to insert your name and timestamp, use ~~~~ (4 tildes).
J. Preston (n.d.)
[edit]In your Ambrosia article (unless you didn't yourself makes these references) what are all the allusions to "J. Preston (n.d.)? I know it refers to an author, but who is the author, and what does the "n.d." mean? I'm just very curious. Tomwhite56 (talk) 03:17, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
Unreferenced BLPs
[edit]Hello Vancegloster! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 1 of the articles that you created is tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to insure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. if you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 710 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:
- Patrick Moraz - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs) · FENS · JSTOR · TWL
