Cream
[edit]"The members of Cream did not have much experience with "classical" instruments" This is rather misleading - Bruce was a classically trained cellist, and double bassist, and had studied classical composition and cello at the RSAMD.

Missing Discography stuff
[edit]he also appeared on Tom Paxton as well as Vince Martin and Fred Neil albums for Elektra Records. From there he moved into record production, initially concentrating on folk and folk-rock acts for artists such as The Youngbloods and Joan Baez. ... where is any of this? (except the youngbloods where is there). Luminifer (talk) 04:35, 20 May 2009 (UTC)
Married

Inaccuracies
[edit]" The members of Cream did not have much experience with "classical" instruments so these were generally played by Papplardi on their albums." This is absolutely untrue. Jack Bruce won a scholarship to the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama to study cello and composition; he can both read and write music, and is an able contrabass and cello player. I don't know about Baker's skills as a reader and I doubt that Clapton can play anything except guitar, but Bruce is an able multi-instrumentalist and had as much classical training as Pappalardi ever had. Lexo (talk) 21:25, 14 September 2011 (UTC)
- Not really exactly sure how much training either had, but I do know that Bruce dropped out of the Academy pretty early. i've heard that Pappalardi had a Master's degree in music, although I can't confirm that. It's a fair bet, though, that Papparlardi had signifificantly more higher-education formal music training than Bruce. TheScotch (talk) 03:52, 10 February 2023 (UTC)
Gail Collins
[edit]Is Collins still alive? Any info? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.157.50.28 (talk) 19:28, 29 June 2013 (UTC)
- Seems not. Seems she was found dead in Mexico in 2014. http://ultimateclassicrock.com/felix-pappalardi-mountain-ex-wife-dead/ http://www.nydailynews.com/entertainment/music-arts/gail-collins-lyricist-killed-felix-pappalardi-found-dead-article-1.1698818

"Fled" vs. "moved" for Gail Collins
[edit]Wouldn't moving to Mexico be a parole violation? If so, then "fled" would be correct. Prescottbush (talk) 03:33, 24 October 2015 (UTC)
Moving itself may or may not have been against the law for her, but "fled" only applies if she were moving to Mexico to forestall some other legal action. No one has shown that this is the case. Bob Caldwell CSL (talk) 22:28, 24 October 2015 (UTC)
Work With Joan Baez?
[edit]It is ubiquitous online that Pappalardi worked with Joan Baez. But in what specific capacity? On what specific music did they collaborate, and what was Pappalardi's role in it? 2603:7000:3400:29E1:C42B:910:2A74:3E36 (talk) 05:44, 25 July 2023 (UTC)
