[edit]Who came before Denny Crum as the basketball coach? I'd like to place the UofL coaches template here, but I don't know who preceded Crum. — Stevie is the man! Talk | Work 02:55, 29 Apr 2005 (UTC)

WikiProject class rating
[edit]This article was automatically assessed because at least one WikiProject had rated the article as stub, and the rating on other projects was brought up to Stub class. BetacommandBot 08:10, 10 November 2007 (UTC)
- Having done considerable expansion on this page (along with another contributor's head coaching record addition), I think we can perhaps move this out of the stub category and into start. Portia1780 (talk) 04:00, 6 March 2008 (UTC)
Conflicting info?
[edit]The article contains this statement "...to 23 NCAA tournaments, where they had an overall record of 43-23". If they went 23 times and won it all twice, wouldn't there be 21 losses? Did I miss something? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.62.167.71 (talk) 04:15, 16 March 2010 (UTC)
In the 1970's during the Final Four they had third place consolation games, Louisville lost twice. That is why Crum has 23 losses in 23 appearances in the NCAA Tournament despite winning two national titles. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.78.213.254 (talk) 01:39, 23 December 2010 (UTC)
