That's fantastic news Jens. I am absolutely delighted that Dublin has been
short listed as a potential venue.
The RDS let me know that these dates might be suitable for your group.
Friday, 22nd to Monday, 25th July
Friday, 12th to Monday 15th August
Friday, 16th to Monday, 19th September (not all smaller rooms are available
on these dates)
Are there any properties that you are particularly interested in that I
could get more details from? With this in mind, I have attached a RFP
document in order to ascertain some of the details about your meeting, so
that specific proposals can be made up for your conference. I have filled
in the details that I have at the moment, based on what you have said before
and have left a few gaps, e.g. type of venue.
I look forward to hearing from you later on about the next stage.
